Masterclass Solutions provides integrated technology services as described on our website. All engagements are governed by a separate service agreement that outlines scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing.

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom-developed solutions are transferred to the client. Masterclass Solutions retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Masterclass Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
